‘Just the Details’ Package: 2 hours of consultation; can be broken into (2) 1-hour sessions or (1) 2-hour session = $75

‘Just Get Me Started’ Package: 90-minute consultation and 90-minute set up (decorating, plating, etc.) = $125

‘Ready, Set, Go’ Package: 4 hours total; set up and execution = $150

‘Day-Of’ Package: 6 hours total; last-minute local errands, set up, execution, clean-up/break-down = $250

‘Marathon Event’ Package: 10 hours total; 2-hour consultation, 8 hours of last-minute errands, set up, execution, clean-up/break-down = $400

‘Weekender’ Package: 12 hours total, Friday night and Saturday available, open services, up to 2 hours can be used for prior consultation = $600

‘Yours for the Weekend’ Package: 16 hours total, Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday available, open services, up to 2 hours can be used for prior consultation = $800

 

A-La-Carte Services:

• Consultation/Planning: $50/hour
• Execution: $75/hour

 

Things You Should Know When Booking:

• Distance fees and/or minimums may apply if outside service area.
• Mileage for non-local errands will be charged at $0.55/mile.
• Reimbursements for items bought must be collected at end of event.
• Packages must be booked 30 days before event or may be subject to a last-minute fee of 50% of package in addition to base-rate of package (ex: ‘Ready Set, Go’ would be $225, ‘Day-Of’ $375, ‘Marathon Event’ $600, ‘Weekender’ $900, and ‘Yours for the Weekend’ $1200).
• Packages canceled within 10 days of event may be subject to a charge of 50% of the rate of the package (ex: ‘Ready, Set, Go’ would be $75, ‘Day-Of’ $125, ‘Marathon Event’ $200, ‘Weekender’ $300, and ‘Yours for the Weekend’ $400).
